Terms of Service


  1. We are not responsible if any anti-raid bot (Beemo, Security, Wick, Vortex, etc.) kicks or bans the tokens. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.
  2. Do not modify the bot’s permissions or remove the bot while the delivery is in progress. If member joins stop because of your actions, we will not be liable for any refund or replacement.
  3. Please remove all existing bans and anti-raid bots from your server before we begin. We are not responsible for any interruption caused by your failure to do so.
  4. We are not liable for any server that gets pruned by an administrator, raided/nuked, or terminated by Discord.
  5. Make sure to disable or remove any anti-nuke bots (such as Wick or Flantic) that automatically kick unverified or new bots.
  6. Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
  7. We are not responsible if Discord applies rate limits or restrictions that interrupt the delivery. For new servers, we strongly recommend keeping the member count under 500.
  8. Sending payment to the wrong address is your responsibility. Only the address shown on the invoice is valid.
  9. Please send exactly the amount shown on the invoice. We are not responsible for any overpayment or underpayment.
  10. If Discord terminates the tokens, we will not provide replacements or refunds.
  11. Do not purchase more than the listed maximum quantity per server. We will not issue refunds or replacements for over-purchases.
  12. We do not offer refunds. Replacements only.
  13. Replacements will not be provided for issues that are not caused by us.
  14. No warranty is provided on any product or service.
  15. We will not provide support if a negative review is left.
  16. If you leave a negative or promotional review after receiving members, we reserve the right to remove those members from your server.
  17. Leaving a positive review helps us prioritize and provide faster support.
